Being the best Central Arkansas construction company means our top priority is good communication with our team. Like everyone else, we rely on texts and emails and phone calls to get the men and materials to the right place at the right time. Truth be told, we also rely on a gigantic white board mounted in a strategic, high-traffic hallway in the office where everyone can see it (right next to the coffee maker, of course). Sometimes old-school is just best.

Recently we realized that an internet presence is a critical means of communication as well. Most companies roll out a new website for their customers, focusing almost entirely on marketing and sales. “We’re number one!” “Call today for a free estimate!” “Our competitors stink!” Jason Evans, however, is an outside-the- box thinker and dreamed of a new website as a means of communication with his team. If done right, a new website could be a way to wrap his team members even closer into the Command family and tap into the wealth of knowledge and enthusiasm they possess.

After several months in the making, the new www.commandconstructioninc.com was introduced in early February 2017. Every page is full of striking, colorful photography which makes it a joy to explore. Take a look:

  • The Services and About Us pages introduce the company to potential team members. Even old- timers may not have realized the company has a mission statement and safety statement that place team members at its heart.
  • This blog, Command Posts, will provide safety tips, team member spotlights, and interesting and helpful articles.
  • The Careers page will allow prospective employees to search for open positions and apply online for concrete construction jobs.
  • The very best part is the Gallery page which displays striking, colorful photos of the Command Construction team on the construction site.

And did I mention the colorful photos? Spend a little time exploring www.commandconstructioninc.com today.
