Director of Operations

Eric brings over 30 years of commercial construction experience and is a graduate of the UALR Construction Management program. For more than 15 years, he has been a steady presence at Command and now serves as the Director of Operations, overseeing field execution, scheduling, and quality control. Known for his deep expertise and calm leadership, Eric plays a central role in keeping operations efficient and delivering work to the highest standards.
